This impressive Blue Sapphire is of natural Ceylon origin. The precious gemstone has been enhanced by re-crystallisation diffusion to permanently improve aesthetics (colour and clarity). The properties of a Sapphire remain unchanged. The pear cut’s rounded proportions and vibrant blue colour contrast beautifully with the white brilliance of a diamond surround. The mount is made in 18ct Yellow Gold, with a Platinum setting.
